Park Walks at Woodman Point
Woodman Point will host the next Park Walks event on March 1, 2010 starting at 9am. The walk will be guided by members of the Friends of Woodman Point and will cover approximately 5km. Participants will be treated to interpretation about the natural, physical and Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal history of the area. Click here to register for the event or see the attached flyer.
Park Walks is a joint initiative of the Heart Foundation and the Department of Environment and Conservation and invites community members to participate in free walks led by volunteer guides from the ‘Friends of’ groups of each park.
