BEAT IT
BEAT IT is a 10 week group based physical activity and lifestyle program run by exercise professionals trained by Australian Diabetes Council.
BEAT IT involves twice weekly exercise classes as well as education sessions on healthy eating & other topics to help you become more confident and improve your health and fitness. It is ideal for people who are looking to lose weight or those with or at risk of diabetes, heart disease, obesity & other chronic lifestyle related conditions.
BEAT IT is currently running on Tuesdays at 1:30pm and Fridays at 12pm at SLLC.
