Heart Foundation Walking


The Australian Guidelines for Physical activity recommend that all Adults put together at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity on most, preferably all, days.  Walking is a great way for people of all ages and abilities to be physically active.

Heart Foundation Walking is Australia’s largest network of free community based walking groups led by volunteer Walk Organiers. There are a number of walking groups in Cockburn and they are keen to recruit more participants. Click here for the Walking Groups in the City of Cockburn in your area.
