Earn $$$ for your community group on Super Sunday

A Super Sunday Recreation Count is on Sunday 13 November from 9am to 1pm in Cockburn and Fremantle.  Volunteers are needed to collect data on riders and walkers and build the case for councils to build more paths. Each volunteer receives $120 to donate to a school or community group in our local area.

Ideally funds raised could be used to help promote more bike riding by using the funds raised for social bike rides to double cycling in Cockburn, bike breakfasts, bike parking, glow rides, bike training or just to show your support for building more paths within the local area.  The funds could be donated to Cockburn Bicycle User Group or any community group, sporting group, residents group or school.  Email [email protected] for more details and register at www.supersundaycount.com.au/

Volunteers simply count bikes, walkers, runners and dog walkers, enter their data, then claim their money. It’s that easy.

When: 11am-1pm, Sunday 13 November 2016 (volunteers can share a site and do 2 hours each)

Where: sites across Australia

The more volunteers who register under your club’s name, the more money for your club!

Super Sunday data is used by councils to help improve cycling and walking infrastructure in your local area. By registering as a volunteer, you’re helping to strengthen your local community.

But you’ll have to hurry – sites are booking up fast! Visit the Super Sunday website to secure your place now! Look at the list under the map and select Cockburn or Fremantle to see the sites available in our area.  A few locations are still available.
